  I am from out of town and I ordered a pizza for one of my clients (a retail store) as a surprise. I gave the correct delivery information and the name of the business. They delivered it to the wrong place and the store signed for it thinking it was a gift for them. I understand mistakes happen and was not upset about it. I called the pizza place when I was notified that my clients never got the pizza and asked East of Chicago to send them another one at their cost and they refused. I even offered to pay for part of it and manager would have no part of it. He was very unprofessional and rude and acted as though I was physically attaching him by asking for them to fix their mistake, he also hung up on me. He said it was my fault that the wrong person signed for the pizza because they are affiliated with me. (They are not, I have no clue whom received the pizza) Never before have I had such an bad experience when trying to do something nice for someone.
